Helmet Pc

Inspired by the new Apple Mac mini, PC vendors have come up with systems packaged into ridiculously small cases. One of the strangest takes on the whole thing is the Helmet PC from Touchdown Industries (www.helmetpc.com).
Aimed at dedicated football fans (of the American flavour), the strange cube-shaped case is sculpted to fit an American football helmet, so you can show off your team colours on your desktop. You can order the PC with or without the helmet and the basic configuration starts at $US700 ($904).It's no powerhouse, though, with only a 1GHz VIA C3 processor, 256MB RAM and a 40GB hard disk. The Pentium 4 version starts at $US900. Considering that most PCs get abused more than they should, a helmet probably isn't as crazy as it sounds.
